Product Application of L-Arginine L-glutamate CAS#4320-30-3

L-Arginine L-glutamate is used to boost flavor—mostly to improve the taste of green tea, usually at levels of 1% to 2%. While L-glutamic acid and L-arginine aren't considered essential amino acids for adults, they're still important for infants and young children, who can't make enough L-arginine on their own. L-Arginine is also good for retinal health, which makes it useful in medicine.
