Zirconium acetate (liquid form) is a clear, colorless liquid obtained through the reaction of zirconium oxychloride with sodium carbonate. It has a density ranging from 1.29 to 1.32, contains free acetic acid, and exhibits a pH of approximately 3.5. The liquid is strongly acidic and corrosive in nature. While it is soluble in water, it undergoes decomposition when exposed to boiling water.
